Simple, functional BEAUTY

Santiago and Alfonso build together in London, one from Argentina and one from Nicaragua.

Two countries, one CRAFT

Santiago, from Argentina, and Alfonso, from Nicaragua, share a preference for the simple and the functional, with priority given to austerity in materials.

How Northstead BUILDS

Northstead favours rustic work, finished with a great deal of fine carpentry and detail.

Who prices, who builds
Santiago measures, designs, prices and programmes every job. Alfonso builds it on site and on the tools, and is responsible for the finish.
Any client, right fit
Northstead takes on commercial and residential work alike, provided the client is right.
The archive
Every completed job is documented with photographs, kept on file long after the crew has left.
