Residential

Private houses and new-build residences, from structural alteration to finish.

Good finishes, austere materials and a lot of fine carpentry, built and dry-assembled in the workshop before it reaches a site.

Start a project

Four stages, no SURPRISES.

Each stage closes with something real: a priced job, a signed programme, or the photographs we keep once the work is done.

  1. I

    First contact

    Location matters, so that is where we start: we do not take on work everywhere. Then your timeframe, and a measured survey of the site.

  2. II

    Design and price

    A design is drawn, then priced. What moves the figure: whether drawings and permissions already exist, the season and the standard of finish.

  3. III

    Plan and build

    Permits, programme and the right hands booked before anyone starts on site. Then the build itself, to that plan.

  4. IV

    Archive and handover

    Every finished job is photographed and filed: what was done, and how. Then handover.
