A complete retail flagship delivered to a fixed opening date. The date could not move: it had been announced. Sequence, trades and night working were all arranged around it.

The vehicle set into the shop floor as a display plinth is the element people photograph, but the work that decides whether the store reads as premium is the joinery: consistent shadow gaps, aligned reveals, and a brick face that meets the ceiling line cleanly.
